Return Policy

We accept returns for ineffective items or errors with product.

Contact us via the support email (support@thepatriotcartel.com). Describe to us the issue with product and submit photo evidence if available. Upon determination we will issue either a refund or a new item to be sent. 

We do not accept returns for damaged, washed or worn items. Must be returned or exchanged in it's new condition. (Free of smoke, cologne/perfume, unworn, unwashed".

All sale items are ineligible for returns. All sales final for promotional sales. 

Cancellation Policy

All order cancellations must be cancelled within 12hrs of order. Once orders are processed they will not be cancelled.
